Kennedy Builders did a good job of keeping uniformity of the houses while allowing for a diversity of exterior design. I never got that cookie cutter feeling that many of these communities can leave you with.The HOA dues seem reasonable, especially when you consider all you get for the money. Lake Forest offers two pools, a fitness center, a club house, a security gate and all the beautiful common grounds..
